Our chef hand-crafting a sushi piece
Our story

When every piece
becomes a work of art.

Inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending pottery with gold, our restaurant celebrates the idea that beauty is born from detail and patience.

Each sushi is shaped by hand, in front of you, by a chef trained in Tokyo. Every grain of rice is counted, every slice of fish chosen for its extreme freshness.

An experience designed for those who seek more than a meal: a moment suspended in time.
